Exam…every students nightmare =P is it right to judge a student just by a 2hr paper after a long brain draining months of class??
for me we cant simply judge a person by one aspect for example by exam only, we need to look at a person from different aspects as maybe he or she is good in one thing and not the other! but unfortunately thats how we do it in Malaysia…
Qualification solely based on “paper”!
but then again if not by exam how can we know the understanding and the knowledge level of the student??
emmmm….thats for us to pounder and for the relevant education ppl to solve out!
one think for sure, im no longer a student and all the late nite stay up, eating maggie just so that i dont waste time going to cafe to buy food, looking for letcr that somehow always gone “missing” in study week, asking frenz bout tips that usually turn out the opposite thing (i think they didi it on purpose so that only they score =P ehehehe) and worst of all have to hold the feeling of eagerness to balik kampong! homesick and flight ticket already book ma… heheheh
well for those of you still and in the middle of experiencing all this, only one thing i can say
ALL THE BEST AND DONT GIVE UP hehehh

=S My head just felt blank today….tonnes of work to do but dont know where and how to start!!! so many things lingering through my mind right now!! so many problems, so many decision to make!!!! why do i have to go through all this??? why oo why?? maybe it just a way to tell me that its time to resign hehehe What ever it is, Life without problems just no fun.. enjoy life as it is. HAve to PosTPoned my resignation for a month!!!! my plan to tender my resignation later have to be made next month because 2 other members have resign earlier than me.. i just dont have the heart to leave heavy burden for other colleagues. 1 month is OK, I think??? if i really follows my heart i will not resign cause there’s more i haven’t archive at where i work now.. but due to some problems i do need to go back to my hometown with mix feelings =(
But to think about it,sooner or later i will be back to my hometown for good just that i wish i could be later than sooner…..

The clock is ticking =)…
i have mix feeling bout resigning, it has been a great year working at the place i work now especially having great colleague that always there when you need them =) of all the sections at my workplace, i think our section is definitely the best…
they mix work with fun…..not much pressure and sometimes we can just pass the time doing nothing (OOooPsss!!!) hehheh. talking bout my colleague EmEEMmm… what can i say.. well first and foremost i have two senior members, senior( tak bleh tak bleHH!!!) and very senior ( we try neiiii!!) they both surely taught me a lot since day one, oooo that also includes how to cheat by editing official docs hehehe
then we have this not so senior member, always thought himself holds high post since his name has SM as in Senior manager, bro maybe one day you could be one =P this fella, he just might be in the same boat as i am… we just have to wait and see if you know what i mean hehehe.
OoO another senior member that thought me a lot, This Mr R.. our tooling expert.. 2nd day on the job and he already gave me something to do…. luckily he did that if not i’ll be bored to dead just reading manuals heheh.
Now comes the flowers among the bees, in our section we have two ladies and now three actually with an addition of a new member just couples of week ago… they light up the dull all guy section in our group.. they are just ever ready to help and very hard working as well,hard working????–hehe just kidding. they really are, you just give or ask for help they will surely up to the task, thanks girlsss
apart from the three girls i mentioned , we also have another one who is actually like a big sister to us ( since she is much older than most of us hehe) claims, reimbursements, OT, leaves…you just name it she’s the person you will look for. By the way she is pregnant now and hopefully everything goes well and she will have a cute newborn.
also, my senior( tak bleh tak bleHH!!!) also expecting a baby, Wei ofcourse not him pregnant but his wife la!! to you also all the best and hope your 1st child will bring more joy and happiness to your life =) dont always tak bleh! tak bleh! k heheh
now come this two member which join the company much less the same this i was.. this two guys surely bring more colours to our section. to Mr Vios and Mr K all the best for your future
with heavy feeling, come next week i will hand in the resignation letter.. if possible i would very mush wanted to stay on but due to some unavoidable problems i will have to do what i want to do =(
friends, all of you have bring fonds memory to me for which i will cherish for eternity . may god bless you all and always cherish all of you with good luck, good health and endless happiness. Life is short, do what you always wanted to do, never ever give up cause you will never know where it will take you =].

Job interview!!!!!! wahahaha..i’m sure you guys have gone through this moment. When we talk bout job interview what comes to our mind??? most definitely the terrifying and horrifying process itself!!! why not, not only you have to dress nicely (i hates wearing tie!!!) you also have to be well prepared to answer all the questions moreover if the question is ridiculous and you dont even have a clue bout what the interviewer is asking!!! worst of all sometimes people go for interview cause they are in desperate need for a job and try their best in the interview but a week later the company call and says “Dear Mr X, you have the qualification but…….” no need to finish the sentence, you know the rest!!!
Today a friend of mine (not the yersterday one, this is a guy ) is going for interview. i won’t say ‘Going’ as it is not the exact word to describe this particular interview since the interview is by phone! by phone????? yup by phone and this is actually normal for 1st stage SHELL INTERVIEW. Of course you guys never heard of phone interview. know why??? just because you guys not qualified for shell interview ( same goes with me–and i’m actually joking so no hard feelings)!!! ( same goes for me =( hehehe ) Common guys, the requirement is high ooooo. Unless you wanted to work at SHELL PUMP station then that is different matter friend heheh.
By the way, hopely the friend of mine can pass the 1st stage and soldier on till he got the job. working with SHELL would be just great, not only good pay,also bright future but of course with that comes great responsibility that will be entrust to you.
All the best bro, if pass the first stage don’t forget to take me to Pizza hut k hehehe

After a relaxing weekend comes the worst day to work.MONDAY.. it is just so hard to wake up early after 2 days of well deserve sleep waking up only by noon for some people. well what to do no work no money, no money no fun so like it or not we still have to work. even i got many work to do today but heheh just lazy to do it (hopely my boss dont read this blog =P) just cant wait to get home and watch back 2 back HOUSE tonite on star world.
So just hang on for the day and keep in mind it will be just 4 more days to another weekend =)

Weekend, Saturdays and Sundays!!! every working being very much looking foward to weekends, this is the time we can laze around in the comfort of your home or spent the day out with your beloved or maybe just spend the whole day doing nothing, forget bout work, forget bout being yelled at by your boss,being bash with harsh words by your customers, or the feeling of fed up seeing the face of cold hearted colleague at work.
Just cherish your weekends with fun and laughter with the one you love, every minute counts..

Given this scenario—— you have just come back from a business trip or something much less the same that the company that you work for sent you, after sometime say maybe one month you come back from the trip and brings with you tonnes of information needed for your job. With high expectation your superior or boss expect you to share and use the knowledge that you have gain with aother colleague so that not just you but your colleague also gain new knowledge and upgrade their skill.
Out of the blue, you tender you resignation…. you’re not bond to any contract abide have went for a business trip that all expenses was paid for the company you work for.
Not wanting to be one sided, let see why you resign, maybe you have a better offer that gives you better pay, maybe the other work or offer gives your a sense of satisfaction even if the pay is low?? or just maybe the the other offer can provide you and your family secure and bright future???
What ever the point is, is it ETHICAL?? how can you answer this question? every decision comes with consequences, how would we know that the choice we make is the right one. did you make the right choice??only you know =) all the best

Working!!! well averybody works, but what do you work for? money? self satisfaction? or just for fun ( got???). What ever the reason is, 1 thing for sure is that there are many stories can be tell related to the place we work! am i right?
Either it’s the fuzzy boss that always push u around or it is a pervert boss that always drop his things and ask u to pick it up (usually old grumpy pervert with a toupee on his head.. heheh) or u do have a really nice and understanding boss or superior that always get ur back in difficulties….
What ever it is, there’s always a great story to share…. please do share it here..and just maybe it would make some of us appreciate more what we have or the place were we work now or it could just put somekind of regreat feeling and resign (but dont blame me heheh). hope to hear your comments..choww
